I was recently watching a video of Riho vs Maki Itoh (which originally aired on an old AEW Dark Elevation broadcast), when I saw Riho (the wrestler in pink and white) do this (and I don’t understand how she did it):
And, y’know what, I immediately started having flashbacks of the parking lot scene from the movie Terminator Genisys, where a corrupted John Connor (corrupted by the main antagonist of the Terminator franchise, the evil AI, Skynet), does a physics-defying wake-up after being downed by some shotgun shells (see gif below).
The thing is….that get-to-feet recovery from Riho….it seems to defy physics, and doesn’t look possible. So, the only conclusion I can come to is that Riho IS Skynet.
